Progressive's Service Center model tries to keep claims inside their network — but you're not required to use it. Under California Insurance Code §758.5 you're free to choose any licensed body shop, and Progressive cannot reduce your settlement for that choice. We accept Progressive insurance and work directly with your adjuster on scope, supplements, and rental coordination. Progressive's initial estimates are typically generated in Mitchell estimating software with default parameters, which can underscope labor time on newer vehicles with ADAS calibration requirements. We re-line every Progressive estimate against the OEM repair procedure, and supplements include the specific manufacturer procedure references — which speeds first-round approval and reduces the need for re-inspection.

When a claim starts at a Progressive Service Center, the initial parts list can lean aftermarket. Moving the claim to our shop resets the parts sourcing — we request OEM on structural components and consult you on any non-OEM part before installation.
Progressive's default rental allowance assumes standard parts availability. When a specific panel or trim is backordered, we file a rental extension with the vendor ETA — approval typically inside 48 hours.

Yes — we accept every insurance carrier, Progressive included. Progressive's Service Center is optional; under California law you have the right to any licensed body shop, and your coverage, direct billing, and warranty stay the same when you choose us.
Approvals on properly documented supplements typically come back within 48–72 hours. Photos, OEM procedure references, and part numbers included with every supplement is what keeps Progressive's response time fast.
On leased and financed vehicles, and on any policy with an OEM parts endorsement, yes. On other policies we request OEM on structural and safety-critical components with documentation — approval is common when properly justified.
Only if you carry Rental Reimbursement coverage. The daily allowance varies by policy — typical is $30–$50. We coordinate the rental pickup so it's waiting when you drop off your car.
