What we collect

When you request an estimate, submit a claim, or contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, phone, vehicle details, photos of damage, and any messages you send. We use this only to communicate with you, prepare your estimate, and coordinate with your insurance company.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, deliver repair services, send updates about your vehicle, and bill your insurance carrier where applicable. We never sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide service (e.g., your insurance company, parts suppliers).

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box when submitting our estimate, contact, or claims form, you agree that International Auto Collision Center may send you text messages about your estimate, repair status, parts arrival, scheduling, and replies to your inquiry. These are transactional messages tied to your active request — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies based on the activity on your repair. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontracted SMS service providers (such as our messaging platform vendor) is solely for the purpose of delivering these transactional messages and is excluded from this restriction.

AI photo analysis

If you use our AI estimate tool, your photos are sent to OpenAI's API for damage analysis. OpenAI does not use API submissions to train their models. Your photos are stored in our system tied to your estimate request.

Cookies & analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifying information is shared with analytics providers.
