Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of International Auto Collision Center's website and online tools (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Physical repair services are additionally governed by the signed Pre-Repair Authorization and Delivery-Acceptance contracts, which control if there is any conflict with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site β€” including submitting an estimate request, filing a claim, using the customer portal, or entering into a repair transaction with us β€” you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of this site

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt service, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, scrape or copy the Site's content in bulk, upload malicious code, or use the Site to defraud any person. The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. AI damage estimates are preliminary

The estimates produced by our AI tool are rough preliminary ranges based on the photographs and information you provide. They are not binding quotes. Final pricing requires physical inspection of your vehicle at our facility. Actual repair costs may be higher or lower than the range shown, and hidden damage discovered during tear-down may materially change the total. Nothing in the preliminary estimate creates an obligation to proceed or a guarantee of price.

4. Physical repair services

When you bring your vehicle in for repair, the specific terms of that repair β€” including scope of work, authorized dollar amount, storage of the vehicle on our premises, warranty, and delivery β€” are set out in the signed Pre-Repair Authorization and, at pickup, the signed Delivery-Acceptance contracts. Those signed documents are the binding agreement for the repair itself. These Terms govern your use of this Site; those signed contracts govern the physical repair service.

5. Customer portal

Each repair has a private customer-portal URL where you can view status updates, photos, payments, and sign the authorizations referenced above. The URL is unguessable but not password-locked β€” treat it as private information. If your device is lost or the URL is exposed, contact us and we will rotate it. You are responsible for the security of the device you use to access the portal.

6. Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our estimate, contact, or claims form, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from International Auto Collision Center related to your active estimate, repair, or inquiry β€” including status updates, parts arrival, scheduling, and replies from our team.

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your phone number and SMS opt-in status.

7. Insurance and billing

We bill insurance carriers directly where possible under an Assignment of Benefits and Direction to Pay signed at intake, but you remain responsible for any unpaid balance β€” including deductibles, betterment, depreciation, sales tax, sublet costs, declined claims, and supplemental work not covered by your carrier. Authorization for repairs is your responsibility, and we cannot resolve insurance coverage disputes on your behalf.

8. Warranty

Workmanship on collision repair and refinish work performed at the Shop is warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Damage caused by future accidents, neglect, environmental exposure, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by any other shop is not covered. Warranty claims must be brought to us for inspection before any other party is authorized to touch the affected area. Full warranty terms are set out in the signed Pre-Repair Authorization.

9. Content you provide

When you submit photos, descriptions, or other content through the Site, you represent that you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of preparing your estimate, performing the repair, and maintaining our records. We may use non-identifying "before and after" photos for marketing on our website or social media unless you tell us in writing not to.

10. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and code are the property of International Auto Collision Center or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of information you legitimately received about your own repair.

11. Payment terms

All amounts owed for the repair are due at delivery unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing. Online payments are processed by Stripe. If any check, credit card charge, ACH, or other payment you tender is subsequently reversed, charged back, disputed, or returned unpaid, you remain personally liable for the full amount plus any collection or legal costs we incur.

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless International Auto Collision Center, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; (c) content you submit; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, International Auto Collision Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages β€” including loss of use, rental costs, diminished value, lost profits, or lost data β€” arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any repair. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for the Shop's own negligence or willful misconduct (California Civil Code Β§1668).

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, wind, storm, hail, civil disturbance, pandemic, government action, parts-supplier delays, labor shortages, insurer processing delays, or utility outages. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of the expected impact on your repair.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. You agree to first bring any dispute directly to the Shop's owner in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to it and to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any action.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and reflect the parties' original intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, the signed Pre-Repair Authorization, and the signed Delivery-Acceptance, constitute the complete agreement between you and International Auto Collision Center with respect to the Site and any repair. If any of those documents conflict, the signed contracts control for the repair transaction and these Terms control for use of the Site.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
