Use of this site

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt service, gain unauthorized access, or misrepresent your identity. The site is provided as-is.

AI damage estimates are preliminary

The estimates produced by our AI tool are rough preliminary ranges based on photographs and the information you provide. They are not binding quotes. Final pricing requires physical inspection of your vehicle at our facility. Actual repair costs may be higher or lower than the range shown.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our estimate, contact, or claims form, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from International Auto Collision Center related to your active estimate, repair, or inquiry — including status updates, parts arrival, scheduling, and replies from our team.

• Message frequency varies based on activity on your repair. You will receive roughly 5 to 15 messages over the lifetime of a typical repair.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been removed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1 (707) 777-7747 or info@international-collision.com.
• Supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are tied to your active repair or inquiry only.
• SMS consent is not required to obtain an estimate or repair service from us. If you do not opt in, we will communicate by email and phone instead.

Insurance & billing

We bill insurance carriers directly where possible, but you remain responsible for any unpaid balance — including deductibles, declined claims, supplemental work not covered by your carrier, or services rendered outside your policy. Authorization for repairs is your responsibility.

Warranty

Workmanship is warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Damage caused by future accidents, neglect, or modifications is not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, International Auto Collision Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from delays beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County.
