Your client's car, handled.
Your case file, complete.
Most body shops fix the car and hand over an invoice. Our Van Nuys auto body shop repairs the car, puts your client in a rental, deals with the insurer, and builds the property damage file for you.
Your client is never without a car.
A rental car is waiting when your client drops off their vehicle. We arrange it, and it is billed to the insurance company, not to your client.
What other body shops don't give you
A private case page for every client. The whole packet in one click.
You get a secure link for each client. Open it any time to see the repair status, expected completion, costs and photos, without calling the shop. When you are ready to send your demand, download everything at once:
- Itemized estimate
- Every supplement
- Before and after photos
- Tow bill
- Signed repair authorization
For your client
Looked after from the first call to the last mile.
The insurance claim, handled
We deal with the adjuster directly, from the first estimate to the last supplement.
Door to door for your client
Free towing, pickup and delivery with insurance repairs. Your client has no ride to organize.
Every dollar, tracked
Each supplement shows what we submitted, what the insurer approved and what it paid.
Your client sees it too
Live repair tracking on their phone, stage by stage. Fewer status calls to your office.
Independent by choice
We are in no insurance company's repair network. We answer to your client, not the insurer.
Guaranteed for life
A lifetime warranty on our workmanship, for as long as your client owns the car.
How it works
Sending us a client takes one call.
- 1
Call, text or use the form
Give us your client's name and where the car is. That is all we need to start.
- 2
We get the car
We tow it or pick it up, inspect it, open the claim and put your client in a rental.
- 3
You get the file
Your private case page goes live. Photos and the estimate first, then updates until the car is done.

Attorney FAQ
What law offices ask us first.
Short answers. Call us for anything that is not here.
Do you deal with the insurance company for our client?
Yes. We work with the adjuster directly, from the first estimate through every supplement to the final payment, so your client and your office do not have to chase the claim.
Who pays for the rental car?
The rental is billed to the insurance company, not to your client. We arrange it so the car is waiting when your client drops off their vehicle.
What do we receive for the case file?
A private case page for each client showing the repair status, expected completion, costs and photos. From that page you can download the packet in one click: the itemized estimate, every supplement, before and after photos, the tow bill and the signed repair authorization.
Are you tied to any insurance company?
No. We are an independent body shop and are not part of any insurance company's repair network. Under California law your client chooses the repair shop, and we work for your client.
How do we send you a client?
Call or text (707) 777-7747, email info@international-collision.com, or use the form on this page. Tell us your client's name and where the car is, and we take it from there.
Where are you, and can you get a car that does not drive?
We are at 7049 Valjean Ave in Van Nuys and work with clients across the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles. Towing and pickup are free with insurance repairs, so a car that cannot be driven is not a problem.
